Description

Raise the dead, lose your limbs, and still save the day in Helheim Hassle—a darkly hilarious, hand-drawn puzzle-platformer where being undead is more trouble than it’s worth. You play as Bjørn, a reluctant Viking who just wants a peaceful afterlife, but fate (and a few very persistent gods) drag him into a chaotic quest across Helheim and beyond.

Helheim Hassle flips platforming on its head with a brilliant twist: detach and throw your body parts to solve puzzles, reach impossible ledges, press distant switches, distract enemies, and create your own bizarre shortcuts. Lose an arm? Use it as a tool. Leave a leg behind? That’s strategy. Every level is built around clever physics-driven interactions and inventive challenges that reward experimentation.

Meet a cast of eccentric characters, survive absurd situations, and uncover a story packed with witty dialogue and Norse-inspired nonsense. With expressive animations, vibrant 2D art, and a steady stream of fresh mechanics, Helheim Hassle delivers a compact adventure that’s equal parts brain-teasing and laugh-out-loud.

Unique limb-detaching gameplay with creative puzzle design
Hand-drawn visuals and smooth, expressive animation
Story-driven adventure full of humor and quirky characters
Smart platforming challenges that encourage experimentation
Norse-themed world with an irreverent tone

If you love puzzle platformers with personality, Helheim Hassle is a delightfully twisted journey where falling apart is the whole point.
