Cartel Tycoon is a strategy management game where you build a criminal empire in a volatile, 1980s-inspired Latin American setting. Start as a small-time operator and grow into a kingpin by controlling production chains, expanding distribution routes, and outsmarting rivals in a living world that reacts to every decision.

Establish plantations and labs, move product through jungle roads and border crossings, and protect your network with lieutenants who each bring unique strengths—and dangerous ambitions. Manage heat, corruption, and loyalty: bribe officials, silence informants, and decide when to negotiate or go to war. One wrong move can trigger raids, betrayals, or a leadership collapse that forces you to rebuild from the ashes.
